The Stress and Well-Being Assessment is a validated questionnaire, developed at the HeartMath Institute Research Center, that scores eight components of stress and four components of well-being. Diedra reviews your results with you in a 75-minute session and helps you set priorities and goals.

What does the Stress and Well-Being Assessment measure?

It measures eight components of stress and four components of well-being, covering areas of your life such as work, relationships, finances, and social support, plus factors like emotional stress, resilience, adaptability, and vitality.

How much does the assessment cost?

The Stress and Well-Being Assessment Session is $150. Payment is required in advance, and you receive a payment link after scheduling.

How does the process work?

After you book, you receive a link to take the assessment within 24 hours. Please submit it at least two days before your session so Diedra can review your results.

Who developed the assessment?

The fully normed and validated Stress and Well-Being Assessment was originally developed at the HeartMath Institute Research Center as the stress and well-being component of a health risk assessment for a large hospital system. It has since been used by tens of thousands of people around the world.
